Pricing & Payments
Option A: New Site — $997 total (50% deposit, 50% at launch)
Option B: Facelift — $797 total (50% deposit, 50% at launch)
Option C: Partner Subscription — $600 deposit + $50/month (includes hosting, edits, security)
📌 Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Final payments are non-refundable after site launch.
Late payments: 7-day grace period, then $25 late fee. After 30 days, services may be suspended.
Partner Plan (Subscription)
Includes:
- ✓ Hosting on Cloudflare (fast, secure)
- ✓ Active security monitoring
- ✓ Up to 2 hours of content edits per month (unused hours do not roll over)
- ✓ Daily backups
- ✓ Uptime monitoring (99.9% target)
- ✓ Priority support (response within 24 hours)
Cancellation: 30 days written notice required. Migration fee of $150 applies if you need to move your site elsewhere.
Refund & Cancellation
Deposits: Non-refundable once work has commenced.
Final payments: Non-refundable after site launch.
Partner Plan: Subscription can be canceled with 30 days written notice.
Client Responsibilities
To keep your project on track, please provide:
- All text, logos, images within 10 business days of signing
- Hosting login credentials (for Facelift projects) within 5 business days
⚠️ If content is not provided within 10 days, the project may be paused. A $150 restart fee applies if paused for more than 30 days.
Support & Warranty
14-day warranty: Technical errors reported within 14 days of launch are fixed at no cost.
As-Is: We don't guarantee increased sales or specific SEO rankings. The website is provided "as is" after launch.
Liability limit: Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.
Media & Creative Content
If we create photography or video for you:
- You receive a license to use it on your website and social media
- Media may not be resold to third parties
- Credit to Alebrije Systems is appreciated where possible
Legal & Disputes
Governing Law: California law applies to all agreements.
Disputes: Any disagreement will first be discussed informally. If unresolved, binding arbitration takes place in Kern County, California (Bakersfield or Arvin).
Small claims: Either party may use Kern County Small Claims Court for disputes under $10,000.
No class actions: All disputes handled individually — no class actions or consolidated proceedings.
⚖️ Why this matters to you: It keeps disputes local, affordable, and out of expensive courts. We're a small business — we believe in fair, local resolution.
